ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:

·          Orders are usually shipped on the next business day, however, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship. 

·         Shipping timeframes depend on Australia Post services.

SHIPPING COST:

·          Spend a minimum of $50 to FREE Shipping within AUS.

·          If you require express shipping, charges will apply.  This option can be selected at the checkout.  Please note that express postage does not mean that your order will be rushed.  It does mean that it will be posted faster than regular mail, by Australia post.

·          FREE Mailbox delivery within Yeppoon (select this option at the checkout).

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Please note due to health and hygiene regulations you can not return your earrings.  If they are faulty, please contact us.  You will need to keep the faulty item as it will need to be returned for assessment.  We are not responsible for the mistreating of jewellery.

We aim for each pair of BEyouTIFUL earrings to look amazing, however these products are lovingly handcrafted and there can be slight variations and imperfections.  This is part of what makes each piece truly unique!  Please note the colours may appear slightly different depending on your monitor.  Our colours are accurate and consistent, we will not give refunds if the colour is slightly different than expected.
